Suit/Application/Cases relating to Commercial Disputes, the specified value of which is less than One Crore rupees, shall be presented to the District Judge Delhi, of the Concerned District, who may either himself dispose them of or transfer them to the Court of an Additional District Judge for disposal according to law.

Suit/Application/Cases relating to Commercial Disputes, the specified value of which is less than Three Lakh rupees, shall be presented to the Senior Civil Judge Delhi, of the Concerned District, who may either himself dispose them of or transfer them to the Court of a Civil Judge for disposal according to law.
